Archiving Information!
There are approximately 6 steps to archiving. Complete all 6.
After you log in select “manage videos” from the Dashboard.
Select the service/video you need to archive and click “Options” then “Make Public”
Enter the archive name in the field per the instructions then click “Make Archive Public”
Naming: Event(if applicable) – Message Title – Minister
Here are 4 examples for your use.
After about 5-10 min click “Refresh”
Select the “Encode for Mobile” button
Do not modify the email address, just click “Encode For Mobile”
Once you see this screen, the service/video has been archived completely. You can log out.
