It is only necessary to update the phone portion But if you can somehow put the the meeting ID and password plus zoom icon on the slide so people know they can joking by app, that would be fantastic. Maybe App Store and play store references?
I am wondering if we can get some cards made to hand out that has the zoom meeting details along with the phone number and code?
At a minimum this needs to be in place by this sunday if possible.
