Purpose for event is to provide a safe non-evil focused environment for children to go trick-or-treating without being scared or have to face evil looking characters.

How are we fulfilling the Kingdom purpose with this event:
We are suppressing ether evil and evil environments that surround the Halloween holiday and providing a non-evil alternative.
